  • In our last online clinic titled "A Culture of Evaluation" we identified that a high turnover of volunteers and staff was a challenge for several non-profits. Under these circumstances it's difficult to 1) have consistency in approaches to evaluation and 2) follow through on initiatives identified through the evaluation process.

    Do you have any tips for organizations dealing with this challenge?

  • I would suggest having a process would help -- so that you don't have to determine a new approach each time.

    Also, for follow through, having a timeline and a plan with identified actions and milestones and people responsible for carrying out those actions would help. Timelines and deadlines are helpful things for keeping everyone on track :)

    Our "Taking Action" module will be helpful for these types of situations.
